What's nature got to do with it?

"In nature, nothing is perfect and everything is perfect." Alice Walker

True leadership is visionary – we know it when we see it, just as we know the true beauty of nature through its rich presence, perfectly imperfectness, and wholeness. It inspires and transforms us. This authentic leadership is available to and for all of us. By connecting with our inner leadership presence and bringing it to the world, we have exponential impact wherever we are.

Being in nature calls me into my own presence and wholeness - my sense of who I am. And when I'm inspired, I'm called to show up in the world in a new way. That's exactly why I decided to center my website on images of nature.
Although these images don't depict the coaching, consulting, or facilitation process, the organizational environment or the people who have experienced what I offer, they do capture the essence of presence and inspiration, which to me are the foundation of leadership. Coaching (and nature for me) gives access to this deeper self, that place from which we know what's next and where all is well.

I picked the nature images for my website carefully – each evoked in me feelings of awe and inspiration. The photos, all taken by me or my family members, represent moments in time when we were truly moved by the raw power and stunning elements of these beautiful places where we have been lucky enough to travel. The power of these images is not in their perfection but instead in the richness of their imperfection. This is where the aliveness is in nature and in us! That is exactly what I feel when I’m coaching – I am awed and inspired by each of my clients – each and every one is transforming the world in a perfectly imperfect way. I would love to hear about your amazingness and what you want to do with it. Let’s connect!
